The City of Rancho Cordova is considering a proposal for a 194-unit apartment complex. The design concept is evolving via neighborhood meetings prior to taking the project to the City Council for work sessions. Imagine that--involving the constituents up front rather than locking down the deal during cozy meetings between the staff and the developer.
