Our community is served by two K-12 public school districts, the County Office of Education and the Los Rios Comunity College District. Leo Palmiter School is run by the Sacramento County Office of Education. Serving emotionally disturbed students referred from various public schools in the county, Palmiter School provides "highly structured behavioral support and a strong career technical emphasis, helping to ensure students with disabilities can successfully progress from school to adult life" . {Source:}
