Sacramento Regional Transit (SacRT) has proposed restructuring the system’s services across the Metro Area, including changes that affect Arden Arcade. Planners from SacRT discussed the changes at the February 6th meeting of the Country Club Alliance of Neighborhoods. They told the group that several bus lines were being altered in an effort to provide better service. Among the improvements are shorter headways (the wait time between buses) and restoration of 7-day service. The details are available at SacRT’s project web site. Public comments will be accepted until the SacRT Board of Directors meeting on February 25, 2019, when the proposal will become final.
