Attend a City Council meeting and make verbal comments
The Sacramento City Council. Unincorporated Arden Arcade is NOT part of the City of Sacramento. Though they don't want to serve Arden Arcade's residents and businesses, they would love to have Arden Arcade's tax revenues.
