As an organization comprised entirely of unpaid volunteers, we are always seeking additional volunteers. We would be delighted to have you join us in whatever capacity you see fit. Over the last 3-5 years we have watched the growth of interest in what we do and the direction we are going, which is to say more and more people are realizing that our community matters. We totally understand that these are challenging times for everyone. It's not easy for individuals to balance their own lives while meeting family obligations and going to work or school. The pandemic has added additional stress. Still, there might be things you could do for us that won't complicate your lives and you might find rewarding: maybe it's writing an occasion op-ed, contributing to a blog post, helping out at one of our rare meetings, or providing a skill for our core team. We would love to hear from you and we're pretty sure we can work something out that you will enjoy.
