One of our elves was in the vicinity of the Kaiser Hospital on Morse today and saw a small black sedan (maybe a Toyota?) with a very interesting license plate frame that said:
"Proud Resident. Arden-Arcade 95821."
Automobile license plate frame
Someone is proud to let people know they live in Arden Arcade - in the Arcade part, even. Wow! What a dramatically different sentiment from the divisiveness that colored Arden Arcade's try for cityhood during 2007-2010. And it stands in stark contrast to the occasional derisive expressions that still linger from that time. Three cheers for whoever displays that license plate frame! If anyone knows where you can get one of those frames, please send us email at advocatesforardenarcade.com, with a copy to the Greater Arden Chamber of Commerce at info@greaterarden.com.
