There are some repairs being done on the westernmost sidewalk of Butano near Cottage. OK. fine. But whay are pedestrians told to suck it up? In a "real" city (not an "Uncity" like ours) the permit people would have told the construction project to ensure that pedestrians could get through the area safely.. Haha! Not here. Your choices are go all the way back to the corner or jaywalk. Hmm...
