Possible Water District consolidation -> meeting on 6/21/23

The Sacramento Suburban Water District and the Carmichael Water District are engaged in a discussion and study about the potential combination of the two districts. They are looking at how combining the two districts might improve operating efficiencies, reduce costs, enhance customer service and increase the reliability of the water supply. A consultant study about the possibile consolidation has been completed. It is available online. A public meeting about joining the two districts will be held on June 21, 2023 at the Sacramento Suburban Water District (3701 Marconi) at 6:30pm.
