Want to join our small group discusions?

Update: We have added two more meetings that will be held in the evening. One is on May 29th at the Bel Air on Eastern and Arden and the other is on June 14th at the Carmichael library.

We have now held three of four scheduled small group meetings at Bel Air on Arden at Eastern, where people have discussed issues and concepts related to possible municipal incorporation of our community (however "our community" may be defined and with local people doing the defining). So far, the discussions have been lively and informative. We are grateful to be able to hear the variety of viewpoints expressed by the attendees. We have one more meeting scheduled - in the early evening of May 12th. If you would like to be involved in that meeting, please email us before May 6th at advocatesforardenarcade@gmail.com so we can send you the detailed invitation.

It's your community. Your input matters.

The current plan is to hold more of these meetings into the summer months. Based on the discussions so far, we are thinking about holding more weekend and weeknight meetings, at least one virtual meeting on Zoom, and perhaps more than 1 meeting at the Carmichael Library and/or the Milagro Center. Along with that, we are intending on outreach to the Greater Arden Chamber of Commerce, the Carmichael Chamber of Commerce and communty organizations like Neighborhood Associations and Neighborhood Watch Groups. We ask that anyone who wants to be involved with the meetings that will be scheduled after May 12th, or who may want a presentation for their community group, to please email us at advocatesforardenarcade@gmail.com, indicating preferred days and times. We will do our best to accommodate those requests.
