Within Arden Arcade, a little over 22% of the adult population is composed of senior citizens. For Carmichael, the figure is 26%. The Mission Oaks Recreation and Park District will be holding a Resource Fair for seniors on May 21st from 9am-1pm at the Gibbons Community Center, 4701 Gibbons Drive. It is a free event.
