Post-mortem #1: Candidate Forums for SD06 and AD07

The room was pretty much full for the candidate forums held at the Carmichael Library on April 28th. All the candidates for State Senate District 06 and Assembly District 07 were present.

With help from students at Sac State, the co-hosts - Advocates for Arden Arcade and the Greater Arden Chamber of Commerce - recorded the event as a Zoom meeting. That took some digital media gymnastics, given that the room did not have a microphone. Our friends at Sac State who have been slaving over the audio and video challenges tell us the videos will be available very soon - maybe even this weekend. Our newsroom elves will post links to them on the Advocates' website and Facebook page as quickly as they can, because voting has already begun for the June election.
