Yes, you CAN vote in Arden Arcade

Long story short: If you want your votes to be counted, our community has drop boxes in both our librairies (Arcade and Dimick) or at the County Clerk office on American River Drive and in-person vote centers at Howe Park, the Lutheran Church on Marconi and the Arcade and Dimick libraries. You can also use any drop box or vote center in the County. You can vote by mail, too, but the Post Office is not guaranteeing that your ballot will be delivered in time. Using a drop box or voting in person are the recommended choices. Dates, hours of operation and addresses for the Arden Arcade sites are shown below. Voting has already begun. Election Day is November 3rd. Polls close at 8pm that night.

Sacramento County's Voter Information Guide for the November 3, 2026 election, detailing voting options and resources.
Our voting places are buried in here

The rest of the story: Once again our community does not exist. In the County Voter Guide for the November 2026 General Election you can easily find the drop boxes and/or vote centers if you live in any of the following unincorporated communities: Antelope, Carmichael, Courtland, Fair Oaks, Gold River, Herald, Mather, North Highlands, Orangevale, Rancho Murieta, Rio Linda, Walnut Grove and Wilton. But if you want to know where the drop boxes and vote centers are in OUR community - Arden Arcade, the 2nd largest unincorporated community IN THE STATE - you have to scour your way through the myriad sites listed for the City of Sacramento. Why does the County do that? Is it because the County does not care? Is it because the County is lazy? Or is it because the U.S. Post Office is stuck in the 1930s and still thinks there is not much here but cows, goats and olive trees? We honestly don't know.

You can drop your ballot at ANY official drop box in the County. You can vote at ANY vote center in the County and you can mail in your ballot. However, according to the U.S. Post Office, there is no assurance that your ballot will be delivered in time to have your vote counted, so caution is advised. There is peace of mind in knowing that your ballot has been submitted and counted. To that end, the Secretary of State's office has a wonderful system for tracking  your ballot once it is in the County's hands. That's why drop boxes and vote centers are recommended.

Yet, as we have posted on numerous past occasions, we think you deserve to know whether there are places right here in Arden Arcade where you can drop off your ballot or vote in person. So we scoured the list for you:
