Supervisor Rich Desmond has announced a series of meeting he is holding to discuss transportation. On May 31st one of the meetings will be held at the Conzelman Community Center in Howe Park at 8:00am. If it will be anything like his previous meetings there will likely be coffee and maybe some donuts. Here is what he says about the meeting:
"Please join me at one of my next series of community meetings where we will discuss transportation and our roadways. I have invited Ron Vicari, Director of the Sacramento County Department of Transportation, and Lupe Rodriguez, Chief of Transportation, Division of Operations and Maintenance to provide an update on the condition of our roadways and what the County is doing to address it."
Hmm..."transportation and our roadways" and "the condition of our roadways"? Sounds like, you know, POTHOLES! Or, as they say on Nextdoor, "Watt-holes". Could be an interesting meeting.
