November 2020 Election - Supervisor, School Board & Special Districts

There was an open seat on the November 2020 ballot to replace retiring Supervisor Susan Peters. The candidates were Rich Desmond (from Carmichael) and Gregg Fishman (from Arden Arcade). The San Juan School board and Special District boards also had elections. We urged all eligible voters to register and vote in this important election. We also encouraged vote-by-mail voters to get their ballots in early.

Preliminary Presidential Election Results

According to the Sacramento Bee’s analysis of how precincts voted for President (early vote and election day totals), Arden Arcade’s precincts favored Joe Biden. That was the case for most of the Sacramento County precincts. By law, the County has until December 11th to certify the results. Vote Center Open at Howe Park 10/24-11/3, 2020

The Conzelman Center at Howe Park (2201 Cottage Way) will be open for in-person voting beginning tomorrow, October 24th. Voting hours are 9-5 until election day, when the Vote Center will be open from 8am-8pm. You can also drop off your vote-by-mail ballot there.

By now, registered voters should have received their ballots for the November 2020 election. Ballot drop boxes have been made available. Voting Centers are about to open.
